Whole repair lists, plus kitchen updates

About Midtown Handyman & Remodeling

Midtown Handyman & Remodeling takes on the repair lists Cleveland homeowners get stuck with. When a seven-page building department inspection left one owner calling contractors who never called back, or who would only handle part of the work, Midtown Handyman came out, went through the full list, and gave an estimate for every repair. On a rental, they finished violation work quickly enough for the property to pass the city inspection, then updated a kitchen in the time and to the standard the owner expected. Another landlord hired them for a mix of repairs on a newly purchased rental and liked the work and the price.
