About
Hermes Plumbing and Rooting handles plumbing problems for homes in Van Nuys. Customers call Mike when a drain is fully blocked, when several issues show up at once, or when something has to be sorted before a washer and dryer can go in. He talks through what is wrong, works around the household's schedule, and has shown up the same day, including Saturday and Sunday mornings. Reviewers say he explains the work as he goes, fixes it on the first visit, and does not push extra services. People who reached him through a home-warranty claim and through a friend's recommendation both said they would call him again.

“I had a last minute need so that I could get my new washer and dryer installed. This company was recommended to me by a friend, so i gave them a call. This was Saturday. I sent a pic of the issue and got a quote and was given a 4 hour window of arrival. They got here in 2 hours and fixed the issue. I was quite impressed with the work and fast response. Give them a try!”
“Had a total blockage on Sunday morning. Came in about 2 hours and unclogged. everything!! Price was reasonable, the stuff was helpful who explained everything and went through during the process. Very impressed with the quality of the work. Definitely recommend!”
