We noticed water pooling around our indoor furnace/air handler unit in the closet. Called them out and they found a heavily clogged condensate drain line causing the safety switch to trip. They cleared the line, flushed the system, and installed a safety shutoff float switch to prevent future spills. Extremely thorough work!
