A1 service! Chris goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Honest service and honest pricing. Chris really knows his stuff and is a trusted person when it comes to diagnosis and repair. I have an old house, and Chris was able to advise both quick fixes and long-term upgrades and how to avoid potential future issues. Chris recommended that I upgrade my water pipes from galvanized steel to pex and I don't regret it.
Chris and his team are fast, prompt and have a lot of attention to detail- they are great at proposing short and long term solutions. The biggest thing is- that if a problem occurs, which is inevitable in any service industry, Chris and his team do stand behind their work and do things to fix any issues that arise. Rare these days. I have four family members with houses in their area, and for that reason, we’re going to continue using Chris and his team.
