I have worked with Mario and his team for a few years they are always honest, on time,, and have very fair pricing. Mario is very logical in his process I appreciate him and his team working closely with me to find a solution that fits my issue and budget. Being a women I often find men who will not engage me in the process or want to tell me what they believe is in my best interest. Mario will always give me the pros and cons of a solution then allow me to choose the path with the education he provided. If I choose the less invasive path and the problem shows to be bigger when we get into the work I know Mario is not going to take advantage and will charge me a fair price with top quality work. I trust him and his team their work has lasted for years.

The kitchen sink was totally backed up and spitting water back into the sink every time the dishwasher drained. Mario got here within the hour and skipped the small talk to get a snake down the line and clear out a massive grease plug. He didn't leave a single splash of dirty water on the white cabinets and checked the trap for leaks before heading out. It is a relief to have the kitchen functional again without a lingering mess.

Taking a cold shower on a Tuesday morning was definitely not how I wanted to start my week, but my old tank finally gave up the ghost. I called around and these guys were able to fit me in for a water heater installation the same afternoon. The installer was really professional and took the time to explain the settings on the new unit before he left. Mario from A Sure Plumbing really helped us out by diving into the kitchen reconnection once the cleanup crew cleared the area. He walked me through the specific copper line fittings and the drain trap assembly over a FaceTime call since I couldn't be there to inspect the solder joints myself. It was actually impressive how he explained the boiler pressure settings without making me feel like an idiot for asking. Having a technician who doesn't mind a thousand questions from an out of state owner is a rare find.
