Frank was awesome! I had a major plumbing issue on a Sunday afternoon. He showed up in 15 minutes. He communicated the issue and solutions clearly. He cleared the blockage in the main line quickly and cleaned everything up. A real professional! I’ll definitely call Pro Flow next time I need a plumber!
I am so grateful to have a reliable trustworthy plumber like Frank. He helped me with inspections before I moved into my house and again with a sewer issue I had after moving in. He is quick, reliable and very communicative. Everytime I call someone out, I'm always worried I'm going to be taken advantage of and Frank is someone who came highly recommended by someone I know and trust and he will be my go to call for anything in his wheelhouse. I would highly recommend Pro-Flow plumbers. I had a sewer stoppage on a Saturday…and Frank responded quickly. Which is more than I can say for my landlords who usually take 48hrs to get a response. I was in a real jam since the whole house was backed up. Frank showed up within an hour and was able to clear the line with no issues. He showed us that root intrusion into the pipe was the issue. He told us that he would be able to scope the line to find the source and fix broken pipes….but being I am a renter, I told him I would let the LL deal with that. He was very understanding (no hard selling… which is very different from a lot of other rooter services out there). I will definitely be passing his info along to my Landlords and keeping his card file for any other emergency work. Thanks again to Frank and Pro-Flow plumbers.
