I cannot say enough great things about Saucedo Plumbing & Rooter LLC! I had a plumbing emergency late last night when a clogged drain caused a major flood in my building. I was stressed and worried, but the owner, Alberto Saucedo, personally called me at 6:30 a.m. to make sure I was taken care of. By 7:30 a.m., Jesus and Mark were already at my door ready to get to work. That level of responsiveness alone is exceptional. Jesus did an outstanding job. He was knowledgeable, hardworking, and incredibly thorough. He didn’t just fix the problem—he made sure everything was done correctly. I was impressed that he even used a level while installing the new pipes to ensure everything was perfectly aligned before sealing everything up. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and doesn’t cut corners. Mark was also friendly and professional, making sure everything moved smoothly and helping get everything they needed to complete the job efficiently. From start to finish, everyone was courteous, explained what they were doing, worked quickly without sacrificing quality, and left everything clean when they were finished. They turned what was a very stressful situation into a positive experience. If you’re looking for a plumbing company that is honest, responsive, skilled, and genuinely cares about doing quality work, I wholeheartedly recommend Saucedo Plumbing & Rooter LLC. Alberto has built an incredible team, and I am so grateful for the outstanding service. Thank you, Alberto, Jesus, and Mark!
