The Plumbing Company travels to homes in Indianapolis for plumbing repairs and toilet work. Customers reach Cindy, who answers with useful detail and lines up parts ahead of a visit so the trip is worthwhile. Conrad is kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional on repair and toilet jobs. Chris once explained that a toilet did not need replacing and could be fixed, then offered advice on a few other things. When something still needs attention, they come back and take care of it. Households that have called more than once say they will call The Plumbing Company again.

Not the first nor the last time I will call Cindy at The Plumbing Co. Always responsive and VERY knowledgeable. This time i needed a new toilet installed. Conrad is a gem. Highly recommend for any plumbing needs. Update: Chris and Conrad came out to install a toilet (different bathroom). Chris explained I didn't need one. He could fix the issue! And provided great advice about a few other things. My go-to plumbers!
