Sewer Technology LLC comes to homes in Cleveland when a sewer or drain problem needs a closer look. Lenny, Gabrielle, and Jean-Luc have scoped several lines to find a water issue, then explained the process so the household could choose the next step. They have also shown up on a Saturday to pull debris from a basement main drain so laundry could run again. Reviewers describe a prompt family crew that gets to the problem, stays polite, and leaves the work well done. One homeowner mentioned a warranty, and a real estate investor said they would call Lenny for later repairs.

Without hesitation, they came out on a Saturday to remove the debris and blockage in my basement main drain, which prohibited me from washing my clothes. I am so thankful that they showed up today. And they include a warranty!!! Excellent people!
Lenny, Gabrielle, and Jean-Luc are a stellar team. They were responsive, arrived on time and helped us investigate the water issue. We needed to scope multiple lines to determine next steps. They were thorough and continued to provide education on the process. They informed us at each step. We’re grateful and can now make informed decisions! Lenny and the Sewer Technology team are trusted expert professionals. Our experience was great. Should we have a similar need in the future on another property, we know who to call - Sewer Technology.
