Moser plumbing was very helpful! I was working on repairing my toilet and when I lifted the tank off I accidentally dropped a socket in the hole. I tried everything I could think of to get it out but I was unable to reach it. I called Moser and was advised they could come out and fix it or I could go to the hardware store and purchase a flexible wand with a magnet on the end and see if that would get the socket out. The magnet worked perfectly, it pulled the socket out and I was able to complete the repair. I greatly appreciate the advice and saving me money!

Wow!!! Excellent, excellent customer service. Mike provided us with well needed information and definitely went above and beyond to help us pinpoint and solve our plumbing issue. We have never used Moser before, but a friend gave us a referral. Typical timing, our hot water heater stopped working just as our out of town family arrived for Christmas break. I called Moser at 8am and got a return call a few minutes later. Mike confirmed the eight year old water heater was still under warranty and had Rheem ship the needed parts the same day. Two days later we had hot water again! Moser was a life saver and went the extra mile to repair our water heater vs needing to replace it. We will definitely call Moser again.

Mike is professional and courteous. He identified the issue quickly and made sure we understood all of our options. He helped us utilize our warranty and ended up saving us a couple hundred dollars. We’ve worked with Mike more than once and have been pleased every time!

Called Moser to check a gas fireplace we've never used in our older home. Was very pleased with his evaluation and the options he recommended. Kitchen sink was also checked for potential installation of a garbage disposal. Was very pleased with his thorough assessment and options/plans for both projects. Very professional!
