We had a great experience with this plumbing team when they installed a new tankless water heater and removed our old 75-gallon boiler. I found them through the manufacturer’s list of certified and trained installers, which gave us extra confidence in the job from the start. Luis and Javier were on time, professional, and very easy to work with through the whole process. The price quote was fair and competitive, and the plumbing work was scheduled quickly and finished the very next day. They explained the installation clearly, kept the work area clean, and made the whole water heater replacement process smooth and stress-free. We also appreciated the before and after photos, along with all the paperwork needed for the utility rebate. I strongly recommend their plumbing services for anyone needing water heater work or boiler removal.
I had never written an online review for a plumbing service before, but the outstanding help we received made me want to share. On a Saturday morning, our garbage disposal stopped working right before a gathering at our home, and I was rushing to find an emergency plumber. Luis, who answered the phone, was calm, helpful, and very understanding, which immediately put me at ease. Javier, the plumber, arrived early, inspected everything carefully, and found the real issue that others had missed before. He was clean, courteous, and clearly skilled with plumbing repairs. He explained the problem in simple terms, worked efficiently, and made sure the disposal and drain setup were checked the right way. Then, right before the gathering, we also had a toilet problem, but I felt completely confident because Javier had already done such a great job. He is coming back to take care of that repair and a few other plumbing items, and I feel sure everything will be fixed properly the first time. It is a relief to finally have a dependable plumber to call for emergency service and regular household plumbing work. The service was fast, professional, and reliable from start to finish, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing help.
Highly professional plumbing team and a great overall experience from start to finish. I was very pleased with the whole process, from the inspection and estimate to the quality of the sewer line work and the crew on site. I needed the sewer line replaced from my home to the main line, and because of the line layout, part of the driveway had to be opened up and repaired as part of the job. They were the only plumbers who correctly identified the problem and gave me a clear, detailed quote that explained the work, labor, materials, and each step of the repair. I really appreciated how the team took time to review the scope of work, answer my questions, and keep me updated throughout the project. They handled the permits, sewer line replacement, and concrete repair in a professional way, and the communication was excellent the whole time. Special thanks to Javier, Luis, and Theodore for being knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough. The crew worked hard, kept the area as clean as possible, and made a big plumbing repair feel smooth and well managed.
Wow, this plumbing company was excellent. We had a leak in the main water supply line and had to shut off the water to the house. After speaking with another plumber and not feeling confident about the pricing, I called this team and spoke with Javier about the problem. He was very knowledgeable, explained the repair in simple terms, and let me know they could handle it at a fair price. They honored the quoted price, which I really appreciated. The field technician Luis was great too. He walked me through the repair process, answered my questions, completed the water line work quickly, and cleaned up the area when he was done. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. It felt like honest plumbing service from start to finish, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone in Louisville needing leak repair or main line plumbing work.
Overall a great experience with a plumbing leak repair. I had a water leak under the house and called that evening. Within minutes I was connected by phone with a plumber named Theodore. He let me know he had a few service calls ahead of mine, explained the pricing clearly, and gave me an honest estimate for the work. He also assured me he would make it out that same night, and he did. When Theodore arrived, he got right to work and quickly found the problem in the crawl space. He took time to show me how to shut off the main water valve and answered my questions in simple, helpful terms, which made the whole situation much less stressful. He was very skilled and efficient under the house, and the pipe leak was repaired fast. The longest part of the job was just waiting for the glue and fittings to set properly. Everything was handled professionally, the repair was done well, and the service felt dependable from start to finish. I would absolutely call again for any future plumbing issues in Louisville.
