I had an emergency situation with my outside sewer line. I got Smitty’s Drain and Sewer number from a family member. I called and got Duane. He was please, on point, and heard my cry for help. He came right away and assessed the issue, provide me the diagnosis, and cost of the repair. I mean it was just that SMOOTH. He didn’t charge me hidden fees for the emergency like other companies. He was reasonable and professional. I couldn’t have asked for a BETTER SERVICE. Matter of fact I’m giving his number to all my family and friends event strangers. ​Duane Smith provided truly "above and beyond" service. After my water company notified me that my usage had spiked by 20,000 gallons, I was naturally concerned.
