Water heater gave out and I had to go through my home warranty company for help. They sent out a contractor who took 10 minutes to assess that the water heater needed to be replaced for the price of $839. He didn't provide a detailed invoice, just threw out a number. I wasn't comfortable with this so I asked around and got connected with Simplify Plumbing. Mr. Williams came out promptly and explained in detailed what needed to get done and quoted a number lower than what we originally got. Installed the water heater in record time and even informed us that our water meter was broken and he would call the city to come out and fix it. Excellent and efficient service! Will definitely be using their services again and again!
