Five Stars! Truly Old School Customer Service and Lightning-Fast Fixes I cannot recommend SIDS Air Conditioning and Heating on Pico Blvd in Los Angeles highly enough! When my heating system started acting up, I called SIDS based on a neighbor's recommendation, and they lived up to the hype immediately. Their technician arrived promptly and demonstrated what I can only describe as truly excellent, old school customer service—polite, transparent, and incredibly knowledgeable. The diagnosis was lightning-fast. They quickly pinpointed the problem (a faulty thermostat) and had the old unit swapped out and a new one installed in what felt like minutes.
