Scheduling preventive HVAC maintenance turned out to be one of the smarter decisions made this season. The technician went through the entire system carefully — cleaning components, making efficiency adjustments, and explaining each step along the way. Nothing felt rushed or glossed over. The unit is noticeably running better now, and there's real peace of mind heading into the hotter months knowing everything's been properly looked after.
