Homeowners in Reseda call In&Out Handyman for repairs and the installs that have been waiting. One customer asked Nisso to demo a rotting shed and wood deck and haul them away, and to hang heavy mirrors. He and his team have also pulled out water-damaged floor and subfloor, repaired framing, and rebuilt walls. Other visits covered mounting a TV, installing a complicated bidet seat, and hanging large framed paintings. People mention fair pricing, quick replies to texts and calls, clean and organized work, and a same-day return when a device he was installing turned out to be defective. In&Out Handyman also serves Los Angeles.

Im very pleased and would definitely use him again. Give it a try, thank me later. 🥳
Nisso was great! He returned same day when the device was defective and I had to buy another for him to install. His services were professional and he has an easy smile. Highly recommend.
If I could give Nisso 10 stars, I would. I had a couple projects on my list that needed to get done. Project #1: I had a shed on the side of my house that was sitting on a wood deck that was rotting. I needed the shed to be demoed as well as the rotting wood deck and have it hauled away. Project #2: I had several heavy mirrors that I needed to be hung in one of my bedrooms. I contacted In and Out Handyman to get a quote. Nisso was very responsive and professional. Within a couple days, I received his quote, which was very reasonable. He was able to start both projects the following week. Both projects were done very quickly. He was thorough in cleaning up any debris left behind. I already have a couple more projects on my list!
Had a fantastic experience with Niso and his team. We had a big repair needed on one of our rooms due to water damage and they were great to work with. The work included removing all the rotten floor and subfloor parts, fixing framing, and rebuilding everything, including the walls. Their price was reasonable given the complexity of the work and the guys were super communicative, friendly and professional. Highly recommended!
Really sweet guy. Fair pricing. Very accommodating, professional, and skilled. Hung a TV, installed a complicated bidet toilet seat, and hung four large, framed, paintings quickly. For specific pricing, the total price for all of that (TV, bidet, 4 large paintings) was $360. Also, extremely prompt in replying to texts, messages via Yelp and phone calls. Highly recommended.
