We had a company come out twice to work on our gas water heater and ended up needing a new water heater. They replaced the water heater and turned the gas off to our furnace and we went 27 hours without heat. The first company didn’t come out and helped us. Josue, from E&J came out within 20 minutes and got our gas back on and we have our heat back and everything is now fine. Josu’e was fantastic and kept apologizing for what the first company did and cleaned up their huge mess they left. Just a great guy and very professional. Thanks Josu’e.
