S'ncere Handyman travels to homes in Indianapolis for the kinds of jobs that keep a house working. Melvin has replaced bathroom tile and laid new flooring, given kitchen cabinets a facelift, and fixed a kitchen faucet that was only putting out a stream. He has also replaced an exterior door and a screen door, improved an enclosed porch, and swapped a ceiling fan and a smoke detector. Customers describe him as diligent, detail-oriented, and patient, and they note that he shows up when he said he would, stays in touch through the job, and keeps going until the work is done. Several say they have already called him back for more.

Melvin is extremely nice man, his work is impeccable. He is a very hard working man and doesn't stop until he gets the work done and his prices are very reasonable. He was able to fix the water to my kitchen faucet, when he started to work on the kitchen water there was only a stream come out of both sides of the faucet. I my home from now on.
I was very pleased with the work Melvin did to significantly improve my enclosed porch. He replaced an exterior door and a screen door. He also replaced a ceiling fan and a smoke detector in another room. His work is perfect and he is patient, kind, and efficient. I will gladly hire him again when the need arises.
I am Very happy with the work Melvin has done in my kitchen. He showed up when he stated. He communicated with me each day. He did a wonderful job. I already am on schedule to have him do more work. He will be my go to handy man. Thank You so much. I love my kitchen.
