By the Pack (Rick and Jeff Wolf) is the BEST handyman company I've ever used. Period. Rick and Jeff make a professional, gracious team. They provided an estimate and stuck to their promise. They are knowledgeable and thoughtful. I was very grateful that they took plenty of time to discuss the work, provide options and research my job so they could provide lasting work for my very old home. Highlights: • Fast response: from my initial request for an estimate to the last question when the work was done - every interaction was prompt and thorough • Communication: I got clear answers, detailed descriptions of the work and job progress and costs (for materials) • Estimate to Completion: Flawless! By the Pack (Rick and Jeff Wolf) performed the work as promised for the estimate they provided and because our agreement work plus materials, I got clear receipts for the materials as purchased exactly as promised. • Work: Incredible! By the Pack rebuilt my old cellar door from scratch. The finished work is nothing short of beautiful. They fixed my front screen door, built threshold between two rooms that were left unfinished by another company. They also repaired some wood trim and installed a metal access panel to replace plywood so the plumbing in a bathroom was easier to access and less of an eyesore. Gorgeous work that Rick researched before completing to ensure it was done correctly. • Confidence: I was very comfortable with Rick and Jeff. From start to finish they were kind and helpful. They were easy to work with patient with all of my many questions and concerns. Some of the work is hard to photograph properly but I have included pics of the cellar door. The wood can't be sealed/painted for another couple of weeks so the unfinished look is only temporary. I will call them again (and again!)
