Exemplary service delivered with joy! I originally hired AJS Columbus Handyman to fix a broken outdoor spigot. While checking the crawl space, Austin noticed standing water from recent torrential rains—a massive flooding danger to my finished lower level. Instead of just walking away, he immediately stepped in to save my home from a disaster that would have cost tens of thousands of dollars. Austin completely rearranged his schedule, bought and replaced a failing sump pump on his lunch break, and used high-tech diagnostic equipment to trace the storm drainage issue that caused the failure. He and his skilled team worked in perfect unison to repair three pipe cracks w/ heavy-duty piping & pulled out that massive, 25+ foot root (shown in my photo!) then he showed me the water_ flowing freely to the curb. In an age of poor performance and unfair pricing, Austin’s building AJS on integrity and a code of excellence. They did all of this while barely disrupting my lawn and charged a fraction of what others quote for this work. I recommend Austin and AJS with the highest regard and gratitude—hire them today!
