Michael was great! Quick responses and made sure to explain the different routes I could take to fix my issues with my dryer. I previously had an incompetent tech try to “fix” my dryer… it just needed a new timer but somehow the other tech made a shotty repair job. Well, I’m glad to have reached out to Michael to fix what this tech made worse! After consulting with Michael, I decided to replace the dryer altogether for a new unit and Michael was able to get it properly installed! While things breaking in the house is an annoying inevitability, it’s great to be able to count on Michael to be there when things need attention!
